Good place to unload. There is a wonderful lady that will check you in at the guard shack. Be nice to her, she works very hard. Giltner Transportation.

12/11/23 FTL my appointment was at 6am I got there by 05:45 got dock straight away and I was unloaded less then in 45 minutes so my experience was great if you get there in time but there is no parking on the road only but risky, I parked at night near .9 mile dirt parking it’s say no night parking but I did anyways
They are good people and will get you in an hour early, but DO NOT pull in the gate check in area, until the truck in front of you has finished checking in. They will soon start asking drivers to back, back out into the road, and that won't be easy, or safe.
0500 appointment, arrived at 0457. Was not aware initially that you have to park on the street and walk up to check in so I pulled in as per my usual m.o. and got booted out promptly, my fault. Left came back and parked, checked in, the guard lady was amiable and directed me where to go. Recieving window was a little slow but they have to verify paperwork, it wasn't that big a deal. Unloading took over 2 hours but I always budget 4 for unloading so I was prepared. Easy place to dock, no real issues. FYI: They will only let you in 1 hour before your appointment time. If you arrive early park in the street and check in, they will call you when you are within your 1 hour window for a door as long as they are not backed up.
